One Applicant Per Outlet
An assigning editor/producer should complete all applications on behalf of the entire team that will be covering for an outlet, and that assigning editor/producer will be the primary point of contact during the credentialing process. Applications not submitted by an assigning editor/producer as well as multiple applications from different personnel at a single outlet may delay the processing of the application. .

ID Requirement
A valid passport or U.S. driver’s license is required for each applicant. The I.D. number, issuing authority and expiration date from either a passport or U.S. driver’s license as well as date of birth must be provided during this application process for each person who will be covering the event. Please ensure you have this information for each applicant before beginning the application process.

Photo Requirement
A headshot of each applicant must be submitted with the application. These images should be taken in front of a clean background, should not include sunglasses or hats, and clearly show the entirety of the applicant’s head. Please ensure you have a headshot for each applicant prior to beginning the application process.

Noncompliance with any tournament procedures will delay the approval process and may result in the denial of the application.

The deadline to submit an application is July 18, 2022

Completing the application does not guarantee accreditation. The review and approval of applications will take place in the coming weeks. Consideration of each application will take into account available space as well as the size, scope, history of tennis coverage and reach of each outlet. Decisions on credential applications are at the sole discretion of the tournament. Applicants who have been approved for a credential will be notified by email.
